Brokers, accountants, attorneys and property managers send us work because an appeal costs their client nothing unless it succeeds.
How it works
Send us the property, or send the owner our way. We run the free preliminary analysis, tell them honestly whether there is a case, and if there is, we take it on contingency. There is no retainer and no appraisal fee, so a referral never costs the person you sent.
Who refers to us
Commercial brokers whose clients have just been reassessed, accountants reviewing a client’s fixed costs, attorneys who would rather not argue valuation themselves, and property managers watching an operating expense climb.
